PMI chapters are pooling their resources, networks, and connections to enhance PDU opportunities through virtual webinars. These events offer PMI-HI members the chance to:

  1. Engage with members from other chapters,
  2. Enjoy a broader range of scheduling options,
  3. Share the financial responsibility of organizing events.

For speakers, this collaboration provides a platform to reach a larger audience. The initiative originated with leaders from PMI-LA who recognized that many chapters were duplicating efforts and incurring similar expenses for virtual events. Each chapter independently sought speakers, promoted events, created online content, hosted on platforms like Zoom, and processed PDUs. The solution? Why not collaborate and distribute the workload more efficiently?

Given that the hosting chapters span different time zones, the webinar schedules will vary, offering more flexibility for participation. While PMI-HI plans to continue its noon webinars, this Multi-Chapter Series will be a valuable addition to our existing lineup.

Addressing the question of costs for members, it's important to note that PMI-HI is part of a collaborative effort, sharing the associated expenses. Therefore, there will be a nominal cost for members. While we understand the appeal of free events, this collaboration allows us to offer a diverse range of programming.

Regarding refunds, unfortunately, they will not be provided for this program. We encourage members to choose events carefully. In exceptional circumstances, individuals can reach out to President@pmihnl.org to discuss their situation. Thank you for your understanding and participation in this exciting initiative.
