Professional Development Day (PDD) 2025
Up to 5 PDUs, engaging talks, workshops, great food and networking opportunities and much more.
Date: Wednesday, October 29, 2025, 8:00am - 4:30pm (registration opens @ 7:00am)
Location: Japanese Cultural Center 2454 South Beretania Street, Honolulu, HI 96826 map
Event Highlights:
- 9 breakout sessions (3 concurrent over 3 hours) plus 2 keynotes plus 1 lunch/networking = 5 PDUs
- Variety of great sessions with engaging speakers in all 3 PDU types: Ways of Working (formerly Technical), Power Skills (formerly Leadership), and Business Acumen (formerly Strategic and Business Management)
- Continental breakfast and buffet lunch included with networking opportunities

Registration Fees Include:
The Professional Development Day 2025 registration fee provides full participation in the conference including conference materials, morning networking breakfast, buffet lunch and scheduled refreshments throughout the event.
Fee Schedule:
Early Registration (Ends July 31, 2025):
$225.00 PMI-HI Chapter Member Admission (inclusive of all taxes and fees)
$275.00 General Admission (Non-PMI-HI Member) (inclusive of all taxes and fees)
Standard Registration (August 1 - October 29, 2025):
$275.00 PMI-HI Chapter Member Admission (inclusive of all taxes and fees)
$350.00 General Admission (Non-PMI-HI Member) (inclusive of all taxes and fees)
Student Registration:
$100.00 Student Rate - PMI-HI Chapter Member, Student discounted price will be reflected automatically (inclusive of all taxes and fees).
General Policies:
PDU reporting: This event will be an AUTO-REPORTED PDU event for PMI Hawaii Chapter members. Process pending.
Policy for No-Shows: The PMI Hawaii Chapter will be held to a confirmed head count and must pay the venue for such confirmations. If you have registered but do not attend, your registration fee is non-refundable.
Policy for Cancellations: No cancellations or refunds permitted after October 15, 2025, including registration fees paid during that period.
Refund Policy: All refund requests must be received in writing by October 15, 2025 via email at VPPrograms@pmihi.org. No refunds will be issued after this date.
Registrant Cancellation Requests, No-Shows, and Refunds: This PDD event requires confirmed headcount at varying intervals with the host venue in order for the Chapter to secure negotiated pricing. Therefore, cancellation requests must be received from the registrant via email on or before October 15, 2025 at 11:59 pm HST at VPPrograms@pmihi.org. Cancellation requests eligible for a refund shall not be issued until after the event and may incur an administrative fee up to and including the full amount of the registration. Registrations are non-transferable. Requests for refunds which are received after the stated deadline will be declined. Registrants who pay but fail to attend (No-Show) will be unable to receive a refund.
Note: Cancellation requests eligible for a refund may incur a fee up to the cost of the registration, per registrant, to cover administrative costs.
Consent:
By registering and/or attending this event, each registrant/attendee agrees to allow PMI Hawaii Chapter to use and distribute, now and in the future, the registrant's/attendee's image and voice, whether in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, etc., for the promotion of the event and Chapter.
