PMI Hawaii Mentorship Program

Mentorship Program

PMI Hawaii has launched a new, expanded Mentorship Program.

Development Path:

The purpose of this program is to accelerate the professional growth of project managers, deepen the application of PMI frameworks, and embed a culture of altruistic mentoring in Hawaiʻi’s project-management ecosystem.  Program Objectives include:

  • Develop mentees’ competencies across PMI’s Talent Triangle (Technical, Leadership, Business)
  • Build meaningful mentor–mentee relationships grounded in trust, respect, and reflection
  • Enhance retention and career progression of project-management professionals
  • Share tacit knowledge and experiential learning that can’t be captured in textbooks
  • Strengthen community engagement

If you have a desire to receive guidance and learn how to be a successful project manager, have a desire to grow your leadership skills, and are a PMI Hawaii Chapter member in good standing, this program is for you.

Please complete the application below.

Our next 9-month PMI HI Mentorship Cohort begins in January 2026 and runs through September 2026.

If you have any questions, please contact VPEducation@pmihi.org.  Mahalo.
