SESSION DESCRIPTION
The PMBOK® has evolved from prescriptive processes to principles-based project management emphasizing systems thinking and value creation. In this one-hour session, you'll discover the 12 PMBOK® principles, understand why systems thinking matters for modern projects, and learn how to shift from traditional scope/schedule/cost focus to value-driven project leadership.
You'll explore real-world applications and leave with practical insight into how principles-based thinking changes the way you approach complex projects today.
