How can I get my PDUs reported?

If you are a PMI Hawaii chapter member at the time you registered for PDD, and your attendance was recorded at the session, then your chapter will automatically report your PDUs for you! Important: This year, attendance will be self-check-in using smart phones and the Sched app. See the Conference App page for more information. 

Important: The check-in button will only be available 10 minutes before the session starts and 10 minutes after the session ends.

What if I missed the self-check-in window?

The conference app allows you to self-check-in 10 minutes prior session start and up to 10 minutes after session end. If you've missed this window, then use the Self-Report PDU method outlined below.

What if I’m not a PMI Hawaii Chapter member?

Then you can self-report PDUs just as you would for any other event. Look for the PDU Claim Code matrix provided to you via email or the conference app, or you may manually enter PDUs as usual.  See How to Self-Report PDUs on this page.

When can I expect my PDUs to be reported?

We anticipate we’ll complete processing PDUs within 2-3 weeks after the event.

What if I’m a PMI Hawaii Chapter member and I’ve waited long enough, but my PDU’s were not reported?

Despite doing our best to take attendance at each session, some people may get missed. If you feel you're missing out on a PDU for a session you attended, you may self-report using the PDU Claim Code matrix provided to you via email or the conference app.  Or, you can manually enter PDUs as usual.

How do I self-report PDUs?

Method 1: Get the PDU claim code matrix. Go to https://ccrs.pmi.org/claim, login, select  PDU claim code, follow the prompts.

Method 2: Go to https://ccrs.pmi.org/claim, login, select Course or Training and fill out the form.

I had my headshot portrait taken at the event. How do I receive my photos?

At the event you would have signed in with your name and email with Vivr Photography, the headshot photographer. We will send a link to everyone to search for and download photos from their gallery. Access to photos will be removed 30 days following PDD, so be sure to get your photos by Nov 07, 2026.
