This 9-month experience connects seasoned PMs with newly certified professionals through structured sessions, a Personal Development Plan (PDP), PDU opportunities, and community-building. Whether you're looking to give back or grow, this session offers insight into how mentorship can support PMP challenges, career advancement strategies, or leadership succession and strengthen Hawaiʻi’s project management community.

  2. Understand mentor and mentee eligibility and roles
