Description:
In this closing session of the PMI Hawaiʻi Chapter's 2026 Mentorship Program, mentees and mentors look back on the nine-month pilot and talk about what it meant to them. Facilitator Melia Abreu explains how the program was set up. Then participants share how it went for them: career changes, certifications, more confidence, and connections they expect to keep. The video ends with details on the next cohort and how to become a mentor or mentee. If you're thinking about joining or mentoring, it gives you an honest, firsthand look at what to expect.
