SESSION DESCRIPTION
You'll explore change management fundamentals grounded in organizational psychology, examine real-world change scenarios, and leave with a framework for adaptive leadership that adjusts to circumstances rather than forcing a predetermined approach.

Upon completion of this one-hour session, participants will be able to:
- Assess change complexity and diagnose sources of resistance to understand what's really driving concerns
- Tailor change strategy based on organizational context, readiness, and stakeholder needs—moving beyond one-size-fits-all approaches
