SESSION DESCRIPTION

Risk and quality are often viewed as constraints slowing down delivery. In reality, they're strategic enablers of value delivery. In this one-hour session, you'll learn to integrate risk management and quality planning into value-focused project leadership. You'll discover how to identify risks that matter, develop responses that create opportunity, align quality standards with stakeholder value, and build confidence in complex project delivery.

You'll examine real project scenarios and leave with insight into how risk and quality decisions directly affect whether projects deliver intended benefits.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of this one-hour session, participants will be able to:
  1. Recognize risk and quality as strategic enablers of value delivery, not constraints or compliance requirements
